This is one of my go-to smoothies! So easy to add this all to the blender and enjoy as a quick brekkie or post-workout fuel. Tip: add some greens like spinach or kale if desired for extra nutrition.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 scoop of Prana On Wild Berry & Coconut Protein
- 200ml almond milk
- 200ml water
- Optional: a TBSP of maca and ashwaganda powder
Directions
- Step 1 Simply mix all these ingredients in your blender until smooth and take this on the go with you, or drink immediately ๐
