Pink Protein Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

  • 1.5 frozen banana
  • 50ml plant milk
  • 2 scoops of vegan protein powder
  • 1 tsp pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp rose water (optional)
  • Step 1 Simply blend in a powerful blender (I use a Magimix).
  • Step 2 Top with your favourite toppings. I’ve used dragon fruit (aka pitaya), frozen but thawed berries and some edible flowers.
  • Step 3 Serve immediately.
