Wellness Warrior Smoothie

Don’t be frightened by the “green” smoothie – it’s only green cause of the added kale/spinach! It tastes DELICIOUS and is a perfect smoothie to start your day, or as a post workout protein boost.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 banana or avocado
  • 3 dates, pitted (or some maple syrup/honey)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I used Salted Caramel from Prana On)
  • 1 handful of leafy greens like kale or spinach
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • Optional: aptogens like maca and ashwaganda powder
Directions
  • Step 1 Simply add all these ingredients to your blender and blitz till smooth, pour & drink!
