OMG! This delicious cookie dough is safe to eat, because it’s vegan and we won’t use raw eggs. It’s also filled with protein and healthy fats. And did I tell you it’s ready within 5 minutes? Let’s get going.
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained (keep the liquid) and rinsed
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- The liquid from the can (called aquafaba)
- 1/2 cup oats
- Step 1 Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender (add the oats last when everything else is mixed).
- Step 2 Blend in dark chocolate pieces, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, goji berries, sultanas or anything else!
