Raw Vegan Cookie Dough

OMG! This delicious cookie dough is safe to eat, because it’s vegan and we won’t use raw eggs. It’s also filled with protein and healthy fats. And did I tell you it’s ready within 5 minutes? Let’s get going.

Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained (keep the liquid) and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • The liquid from the can (called aquafaba)
  • 1/2 cup oats
Directions
  • Step 1 Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender (add the oats last when everything else is mixed).
  • Step 2 Blend in dark chocolate pieces, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, goji berries, sultanas or anything else!
