Raspberry mugcake

This little mugcake is so easy to make, and great as a dessert or quick afternoon snack!

total time: 5 min

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • (flax) egg
  • half a mashed banana
  • sweetener of choice (vanilla, maple syrup, coconut sugar)
  • Raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

Add all the ingredients to a mug (until it’s about half full) and add to a microwave for 2 min on 750w. Serve immediately with more raspberries or other berries.
