The Ultimate Vegan Platter

Platters are a must while throwing a party. And guess what, veganising your platter has never been more fun! There are endless combinations that you can make, throw in tons of fruits, nuts, olives, Mediterranean style foods, chopped vegies, homemade dips, vegan cheeses and add some bread and crackers and you’re done!

Mine below was served with:

  • Sun-dried tomato pesto
  • White bean dip
  • Ajvar (Turkish capsicum dip)
  • Marinated olives
  • Dolmathes
  • Picked cucumbers
  • Grapes
  • Perino tomatoes
  • Dates
  • Strawberries
  • Melon slices
  • Crackers and baguette
